Family Based Petitions (I-130)

This service involves petitioning for family members to immigrate to the United States or to adjust their status if they are already in the country. Form I-130 is used to establish a relationship between a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and their eligible family member.

Change of Status

This process allows individuals in the United States on one type of non-immigrant visa to switch to another non-immigrant status, such as from a student visa (F-1) to a work visa (H-1B), without having to leave the country.

Citizenship and Naturalization

This service assists eligible lawful permanent residents (green card holders) in becoming U.S. citizens through the naturalization process, which involves meeting certain residency, language, and civics requirements.

Unlawful Presence Waivers (Pardons)

These waivers are for individuals who are unlawfully present in the United States and apply for legal status. They seek waivers to forgive the time spent unlawfully in the U.S., enabling them to apply for green cards without leaving the country.

Deferred Action Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

DACA provides temporary protection from deportation and work authorization to certain undocumented immigrants who entered the United States as children, often referred to as Dreamers.

Non-Immigrant Fiancé(e) Visas - K visas

K visas allow a foreign citizen fiancé(e) of a U.S. citizen to enter the United States for the purpose of marrying their U.S. citizen sponsor within 90 days of arrival.

H-1B Visas

These visas are for foreign workers in specialty occupations that require theoretical or technical expertise. Employers sponsor individuals for H-1B visas to work in the United States temporarily.

Temporary Visitor Visas (B1/B2)

B1/B2 visas are for individuals traveling to the United States temporarily for business (B1) or tourism or medical treatment (B2).

Adjustment of Status (245i) / (in the United States)

This process allows eligible individuals already in the United States to apply for lawful permanent resident status (green card) without having to leave the country.

Immigrant Visa through Consular Processing

This process involves applying for an immigrant visa at a U.S. consulate or embassy abroad, typically after approval of an immigrant petition.

Advance Parole & Travel Document

Advance parole allows certain individuals awaiting adjustment of status to travel abroad temporarily without abandoning their pending applications. A travel document is issued to lawful permanent residents who need proof of their status when traveling internationally.

FOIA & FBI Records

This service assists individuals in obtaining copies of their immigration records or FBI background check records through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

U visa - (Visa for victims of crimes)

The U visa is for victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical abuse and are helpful to law enforcement or government officials in the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity.

Removal on Conditional Status

This process allows individuals who obtained conditional permanent resident status (often through marriage) to apply to remove the conditions and obtain full permanent resident status.

Employment Authorization Document Renewal

This service assists individuals in renewing their work permits (Employment Authorization Documents) so they can continue to work legally in the United States.

Requests for Humanitarian Reinstatement

This request seeks to reinstate an approved visa petition that was revoked due to the death or other circumstances of the petitioner.

Renewal of Permanent Resident Card

This service assists lawful permanent residents (green card holders) in renewing their permanent resident cards (Form I-551).

Visa for parents of child in Military

This visa category is for parents of U.S. citizens who are members of the U.S. armed forces, allowing them to immigrate to the United States.

Asylum

Asylum provides protection to individuals already in the United States who fear persecution in their home country due to race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.

Resettlement Admission Program

This program provides opportunities for refugees to be resettled in the United States after being approved for refugee status.

VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)

VAWA allows certain abused spouses, children, and parents of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents to self-petition for lawful status in the United States without the abuser's knowledge.

Deferred Enforcement Departure

Deferred Enforcement Departure (DED) is a discretionary decision by the U.S. government to defer the deportation of certain individuals from designated countries.
